I have been creating works of calligraphy for over 40 years and established my calligraphy company in 1987. I have worked on many prestigious projects and in the year 2000 I was appointed Herald Painter with the National Library of Ireland, designing and producing personal coats of arms for families worldwide that can prove their Irish heritage.

I build upon my knowledge of scripts and only use dipped quills and steel nibs for my calligraphy. The techniques I have learnt enable me to write on any type of paper, unlike fountain pens which often do not take on some forms of paper.
